Did you catch last nights Hawks/Oilers game?
It was military night. The seasons ticket holders donated over 6000 tickets back to the base for them to see a game. My daughter was going as her boyfriend is in,(he played bantam hockey with Sidney Crosby in Nova Scotia) but they ran out of tickets. After the game they were all on the ice for interviews and schmooze. It was kinda cool.

Oh yeah, the game. Oilers in shootout. I did not see much of it as I was in a big poker game, but it was on the TV. I have cashed in my last 7 of 8 tournaments, but not last night.

Cool. Yeah..I watched the game, and thought it was very entertaining. Maybe not the best played as far as mistakes by both teams, but I enjoyed the game. Games in Edmonton I rarely miss, because they are usually fast paced due to the legendary Ice surface.
